The back additions were built on top of old flat roofing here, resulting in water penetration and rot that could not be repaired. We are adding a full addition and a new roof to get rid of the old sloping ceilings, this space will house the dining area, laundry, as well as a new master bathroom and closet. The new addition will be functional, and most importantly, safe.
