My parents settled on Hendersonville and lovingly refer to it as a miniature Asheville, a place with a smaller feel but still all the art and culture of it’s big sister Asheville. Real estate in Hendersonville is a great idea at any walk of life. The friendly downtown here was well designed and foot traffic friendly. I love the annual applefest that brings in hundreds of thousands of people from all over for a weekend of fun and shopping (oh and Apples, don’t forget about that) but that is only the beginning of the annual fests and art shows that envelope the downtown area. Hendersonville is easy to navigate and easy to get to know your neighbors. Buying property here is the perfect investment for someone looking to have it all but in a smaller package.
