I will admit it… I am partial to Candler, I have lived here for several years and my office is located here as well. What I love about real estate in Candler is that you get way more for your money than you do in Asheville while you can still get in and out of Asheville pretty easily. The traffic is not usually bad on this commute and downtown Asheville is about 15 minutes from most Candler properties. Candler is growing fast, not only in residential real estate but in development, we have recently got a new Ingles grocery store, a new branch of the YMCA and several new restaurants. Mountain views here are abundant but I think the most underrated thing about Candler is that it makes it easy to go over and enjoy all the things Haywood and Jackson county have to offer (water falls, hiking, biking, boating and shopping) while not being far from Asheville and all the wonderful things in Buncombe county.
